Chef Antonio, born and raised in Bari, Italy, brings the warmth and richness of Southern Italian cuisine to the lively streets of SS15, Subang Jaya. In a neighborhood celebrated for its vibrant food culture, his restaurant stands as a new gem — a place where tradition meets passion.
Growing up, Antonio spent countless hours in his grandmother’s kitchen, surrounded by the aromas of simmering tomato sauces, freshly baked focaccia, and slow-cooked ragù. It was here that he learned not only the craft of cooking but also the soul of Italian hospitality. His grandmother’s time-honored Pugliese recipes, passed down through generations, remain the heart of his culinary journey.
At his restaurant, every dish is prepared just as Nonna made it — from handmade pastas and wood-fired pizzas to seafood infused with Mediterranean flavors, and desserts like tiramisu made with love. Carefully sourced ingredients — imported Italian staples combined with fresh local produce — ensure authenticity in every bite.

Unlike store-bought Pasta, which often includes additional preservatives and additives, homemade Pasta gives you complete control over the quality and freshness of the ingredients used. Undeniably, the texture of a well-cooked wood fire pizza is sublime. The crispy crusts are always perfectly blistered and smoky, while the inside of your pizza remains chewy (in a good way). The end result is a pizza that is both crispy and soft, with complex flavours that are simply irresistible.

“Our Gnocchi di Patate are handmade daily using soft potatoes, flour, and a touch of egg, rolled gently into pillowy bites. Light yet comforting, they are tossed in your choice of sauce — whether rich tomato, creamy gorgonzola, or simply butter and sage.
