Chef Angelo, hailing from Bari, Italy, has brought the warmth and richness of Southern Italian cuisine to the bustling streets of SS15, Subang Jaya. Known for its lively food scene, SS15 now has a new gem—an authentic Italian restaurant where tradition meets passion.
Growing up in Bari, Angelo spent countless hours in his grandmother’s kitchen, where the aromas of simmering tomato sauces, freshly baked focaccia, and slow-cooked ragù filled the air. His grandmother, a master of Pugliese home cooking, passed down her time-honored recipes, each one a story of family heritage and Italian soul.
Today, Angelo’s restaurant in SS15 serves dishes prepared exactly as his grandmother made them—handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, seafood fresh with Mediterranean flavors, and desserts like tiramisu crafted with love. Every ingredient is carefully selected, with imported Italian staples and fresh local produce coming together to create an authentic dining experience.
The restaurant’s ambiance mirrors Angelo’s roots—rustic yet elegant, evoking the charm of a Bari trattoria. Guests are not just eating; they are partaking in Angelo’s journey, tasting the memories of his childhood, and experiencing Italian hospitality at its finest.

Unlike store-bought Pasta, which often includes additional preservatives and additives, homemade Pasta gives you complete control over the quality and freshness of the ingredients used. Undeniably, the texture of a well-cooked wood fire pizza is sublime. The crispy crusts are always perfectly blistered and smoky, while the inside of your pizza remains chewy (in a good way). The end result is a pizza that is both crispy and soft, with complex flavours that are simply irresistible.
A water-logged potato leads to a gummy dough, which is made into a fluffy and light pillow-called gnocchi that can be served with Napoli sauce (tomato sauce) or with butter and sage or with Bolognese sauce
